We the People...

A lot of people in the world today despise their country. They despise their leaders. They say the downfall of America was because of these leaders, was it? Is it? Sure, our leaders today aren't like the founding fathers but are We the People going to stand by, see corruption and blame; or are We going to take that stand. Our National Anthem reads, 

" Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light

What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave 

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave? "
