Endings Are Not Our Destiny!

We are not made for endings. In light of what we know about our eternal destiny, is it any wonder that whenever we face the bitter endings of life, they seem unacceptable? There seems to be something inside of us that resists endings. Why? Because we are made of the stuff of eternity. We are eternal beings, children of the almighty God, who's name is Endless and who promises eternal blessings without number. Endings are NOT our destiny!
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf
I loved President Uchtdorf's talk on Gratitude. He talked about not being grateful for things, but for circumstances. There is so much beauty all around us. I love waking up each morning and recognizing all of the tender mercies God gives, showing us that all is not lost.
There is always that little blessing that brings hope
Even in the darkest tunnel there is, at last an opening of light.

These photo's are some of the tender mercies that make me grateful to be me!
